Sole Source Service/Program Application

Sole-source Special Community Initiatives is one approach ECT utilizes to meet the community’s needs tied to the 4 themes. Sole-source initiatives are unique because there is only one organization in the community that has the ability to provide a specific service/program. This may be due to an organization providing a highly specialized service (Early Learning Coalition) or being contracted to administer a proprietary service (Community Partnership Schools).
